Concentrate, easily absorbed, with added essential amino acids, vitamins and trace elements. Recommended for horses with low blood cell counts (usually occurring after viral and bacterial infections, periods of heavy work and stress, as well as inadequate nutrition).

Iron is a very important component in the formation of red blood cells, hemoglobin ensures the delivery of oxygen to the muscles. Low hemoglobin levels (low blood count) are rarely caused by too little iron in the diet, but more often when the horse has problems absorbing iron for various reasons. Low blood count is very common in horses after hard work, stress, after infection or surgery. However, it can also occur if the daily feed is not provided properly. In particular, when feeding grain without additional feed or vitamin / mineral mixture, or too little or too low quality roughage, can lead to poor iron absorption. Low hemoglobin levels impair the ability of the blood to carry oxygen to the muscles - especially during exercise, which results in increased lactic acid formation with fatigue, tiredness and poorer performance. If vitamins with iron are added to the feed, hemoglobin levels will increase to normal levels, but it must be ensured that the iron is highly bioavailable. EquiForce Ferro contains B vitamins, vitamin C, amino acids, and trace elements such as zinc, copper, manganese, and selenium. Combining all these substances, a unique product is created that ensures maximum iron absorption into the body, hemoglobin formation, thus raising the horse's blood count back to normal levels after 3-4 weeks.
