Description
Equiforce Magnesium is a concentrated nutritional supplement that has a calming effect on nervous horses.
Contains high levels of easily absorbable magnesium, which is important for muscle and nerve function in sport horses. Magnesium is important for the entire skeletal system of the horse, regardless of its age. It is an important macro mineral. It serves as a building block in the horse's skeleton and is also very important for the horse's muscle and nerve function. However, while calcium deficiencies are rare in horses, magnesium deficiency is more common. The most common cause is too little or too poor quality. In fact, many types of soil used for intensive agriculture also have a low magnesium concentration, so even roughage with a nice appearance can have a lower magnesium content than would normally be expected. Newborn horses and heavyweight horses have a higher need for magnesium due to skeletal growth and increased metabolism. Even minor deficiencies can cause anxiety, nervousness and muscle dysfunction such as reduced flexibility, poor coordination, muscle tension, stiffness, tremors and even reduced heart function. In addition, insufficient magnesium in the diet can also lead to skeletal weakness, as the horse will begin to use the magnesium contained in the bones. Long-term insufficient supply can cause irreversible skeletal damage, thus the horse is unable to perform as a sport horse.

Ingredients: magnesium oxide, rapeseed oil.
Usage:
All horses: 15g (1 scoop), ponies: 7.5-10g (½-2/3 scoop). Do not exceed the daily dose, adjust the horse's diet with a vitamin/mineral mixture. Please note: This product does not contain artificial colours. Does not contain substances prohibited by the FEI and British Jockey Club.
Storage: in closed packaging, protect from sunlight.
